Featured Blessing

Periodically I will change the blessing here; these have especially touched me in some way. It also is a reminder to search the archives for treasures....even take a month from the past and go through it daily...however you may feel led to do. There is much treasure here; much encouragement in YHWH and I believe YHWH has blessed this man's work. I thank YHWH for the blessing this service Loren gave to HIM has been and continues to be.

Blessing for 10/10/08

May you see yourself,
Not as something common,
Not as something profane,
And not as the rest of the world;
But may you see yourself,
For whom Elohim has made you:
For HE has crafted you,
A special vessel,
A Holy vessel,
Set apart for His purposes.
May you see yourself,
As Elohim sees you,
For YHVH Elohim, the L-rd your G-d, loves you,
And HE will not forsake you.

Blessing for 06-08-09

May you not rejoice,

When your enemies fall into your hands,

May you not devour their wealth,

To leave them utterly desolate,

And may you not crush them,

To leave them without hope:

For the day of YHVH for all nations is close,

And as you have done,

So shall be done to you;

Requital shall return upon your head.

So may you not rejoice over their destruction,

And do not laugh at their misfortune,

But may you have mercy,

Even as HE has shown mercy to you.

Blessing for 06-07-09

May you serve YAH with all humility of mind,

Even with your tears,

For with trials and temptations shall you face the world,

With bitter winds and sands in your face,

For the world does not love the message that you bring,

And it shall resist you forcefully;

But may you be not dismayed, nor be discouraged,

For the L-rd is your strength,

And HE shall empower you to do;

And there will be friendships forged,

And times of rejoicing,

And there will be times of tears and suffering,

Yet in all, obey your calling, and know:

That the Master is with you.

Blessing for Shabbat, 06-06-09

O Israel, trust in YHVH,

For HE is your help and your shield,

O house of Aaron, trust in YHVH,

For HE is your help and your shield,

O you who fear YHVH, trust in YHVH,

For HE is your help and your shield;

And YHVH will remember you, and bless you,

For HE will bless those who fear HIM,

The small as well as the great,

HE will make increase upon you and your children,

For HIS Name’s sake;

For the heavens are HIS,

And HE has given you the earth,

That you may you bless YHVH by trusting in HIM.

Blessing for 06-05-09

May you guard your lips,

And may you choose your words carefully,

That you make no rash vows,

Or speak sudden judgments;

For once your words are spoken,

They can not be removed,

And you will be bound by them;

They can place great weight upon another,

Or they can set another free,

They can be words of life and healing,

Or they can be words of death.

So may you guard you lips,

And choose your words carefully,

That you will not bring dishonor upon your house.

Blessing for 06-04-09

May the voices which speak against you be silenced,

May the winds which blow against you be stilled,

And may the forces of evil which threaten you,

Retreat to where they came;

For you are not a robber, or a thief,

You are not a blasphemer,

Nor are you of the evil one,

But you are a child of Elohim,

And the Holy Spirit of YHVH lives within you.

So be anxious for nothing,

But with prayer and thanksgiving,

Make your requests known to G-d,

And the peace of G-d which surpasses human understanding,

Shall guard your mind in Yeshua Messiah.

Blessing for 06-03-09

May Yahweh raise you up,

And repair your heart;

May HE heal your wounds,

May HE renew your strength,

And may HE breathe new life into you;

For behold, days are coming,

When the one who plows the field,

Will meet the one who reaps the harvest,

And he who treads the grapes,

Will meet the one who carries the seed,

The mountains will drip juice,

And all the hills will melt,

And Yahweh will plant you upon your land,

And you will never again be uprooted.

Blessing for 06-02-09

May you be enriched by YHVH,

In all your words,

And in all your knowledge;

That the witness of Messiah,

May be confirmed in you,

So that you will not lack any gift,

While waiting for the coming of our Master,

WHO shall strengthen you until the end,

That you may be blameless,

In the day of our Master;

For YHVH is faithful,

By WHOM you were called,

To the family of HIS Son,

Y’shua the Messiah our Master.

Blessing for 06-01-09

May you heed the Word,

And store up the commandments with yourself.

May you heed the commandments and live,

And heed the Torah as the apple of your eyes;

May you bind them on your fingers,

Inscribe them on the tablet of your heart,

Say to Wisdom, ‘You are my sister’,

And call Understanding a friend,

That they may safeguard you from evil,

And from the deceit of the world.

Yes, may you heed the Word,

For in it is life,

And apart from it,

Are the chambers of death.

Blessing for 05-31-09

May you be not afraid,

But may you speak,

And do not keep silent,

For Yahweh is with you,

And no man shall hurt you,

For HE is here,

In the hearts and minds of those near you.

And if any man shall rail you,

Or shall cast insults upon you,

May you shake off your garments,

For their blood is on their own heads,

But you, you are clean,

For remember, it is not you that they hate,

But it is Yahweh whom they blaspheme.

Blessing for Shabbat, 05-30-09

May you see what ails you,

May you see what sends fear into your soul,

And what makes you flee from before the foe.

YHVH Elohim, the Awesome,

HIM alone shall you fear,

For to HIM alone belongs power and might;

The sea sees HIM, and it flees,

The rivers see HIM, and turn backwards,

The mountains see HIM, and they run,

And the rocks melt into water.

The whole earth trembles,

Before the presence of the Mighty Elohim of Israel;

So may you too fear YHVH,

That you may have the beginning of Wisdom.

L. (Psalms 114)

Blessing for 05-29-09

May you be scrupulous,

To offer unto Elohim,

All that you have been commanded,

And all that you have promised.

May you come before HIM,

In HIS appointed times,

That you may meet with HIM,

That you may hear HIS voice,

And that you may come to understand,

HIS will and HIS ways.

May you be scrupulous,

To fulfill your vows,

For it is into the presence of the Awesome Elohim,

That you come into this day.

Blessing for 05-28-09

May you not be deceived,

By any doctrine of man,

Or cleverly devised arguments,

Designed to persuade you;

But may you be as one of Berea,

Who are noble of mind,

And when they hear,

They can receive with readiness of mind,

And search the Scriptures daily,

To see if what they hear is true;

For the Scripture is your measuring rod,

By which you will judge,

That you may righteously divide,

And know the Truth.

Blessing for 05-27-09

May you be strong in YHVH,

And the power of HIS might.

Put on the whole armor of Elohim,

That you may be able to stand ,

Against the strategies of HaSatan.

Because we wrestle not against flesh and blood;

But against principalities,

Against authorities,

Against the rulers of the darkness of this world,

And against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Therefore, take up the whole armor of Elohim,

That you may be able to withstand in the evil day,

And having done all to stand,

May you stand even more.

Blessing for 05-26-09

May you heed the commandments of Abba,

And not forsake the teachings;

Tie them to your heart always,

Entwine them upon your neck,

And as you go forth,

They will guide you,

As you recline,

They will guard you,

And when you awake,

They will converse with you;

For the commandments is a lamp,

And the Torah is light,

And reproving discipline is the way of life,

To guard you from evil.

Blessing for 05-25-09

May you not faint in the day of battle,

Nor may you grow complacent,

Letting others go out to war for you;

But may you remember:

YHVH is Elohim!

For HE has called you to rise up,

That you may fight for what is right,

That you may defend the defenseless,

And that you may show honor to HIS Name.

So, may you be strong, and be strengthened,

Fight the good fight,

That the devourer may not steal your faith,

And YHVH, who is faithful from eternity,

Will guide you, protect you, and see you through.

L. (Amos 6 – 7)

Blessing for 05-24-09

May the foundations of the earth shake,

And may the heavens be moved,

That the doors which have been closed,

Shall immediately be opened,

And the chains which have bound you shall be loosed,

That you shall awake from your sleep,

And the Light shall engulf you,

That your eyes shall be opened,

To what you could not see before,

And your mind shall be opened,

To what you could not understand,

And the Holy Spirit of YHVH shall descend,

And you will be immersed in HIS Spirit,

And the joy and power of HIS love will set you free.

Blessing for Shabbat, 05-23-09

May you have no fear of evil tidings,

But may your heart be firm,

And confident in YHVH.

May you desire HIS commandments,

For praiseworthy are you who greatly fear YHVH;

Mighty in the land will be your offspring,

A generation of the upright,

Wealth and riches will be in your house,

And your righteousness will endure forever;

For in darkness, a light will shine:

Graciousness, compassion, and righteousness.

So may you not fear evil tidings,

But may you be confident in Elohim,

And look calmly upon your tormentors.

L. (Psalms 112)

Blessing for 05-22-09

May Yahweh, Elohim of the spirits of all flesh,

Pour HIS Spirit upon you,

That you may not be lost,

Wandering without direction,

Like a sheep without a Shepard,

And suffering from the dryness of the desert;

But may HE place some of HIS majesty upon you,

That you shall know,

When to go out, and when to come in,

And when to stand, and when to go.

And the judgment of Elohim shall be with you,

That you will divide the left from the right,

And the darkness from the light,

And you shall walk in the statutes of G-d in righteousness.

L. (Numbers 27)

Blessing for 05-21-09

May you not tempt YHVH,

By putting a yoke upon the neck of HIS children,

Which neither you, nor your fathers,

Were able to bear;

For HE has called you to be echad,

Even as HE is echad,

For through the favor of Y’shua the Messiah,

They shall be saved, even as are you.

So may you trouble not the nations,

Who are seeking YHVH to return to HIM,

For Moshe from old times has in every city,

Those that proclaim his teachings,

And his Torah is read every Shabbat,

That the nations may hear and come to know HIM.

L. (Acts 15)

Blessing for 05-20-09

May you not be deceived with meaningless words,

For because of these things comes the wrath of YHVH,

Upon the children of disobedience.

May you not be partakers with them,

For you were once in darkness,

But now, you are a child of the Light of Elohim;

Therefore, may your way be,

As a child of the Light,

For the fruits of Light are found,

In mercy, in righteousness, and in truth.

So may you learn to discern,

What is acceptable to YHVH,

And have no friendship with darkness,

But rather, may you condemn them.

L. (Ephesians 5: 6 – 11)

Blessing for 05-19-09

May you fear not what you do not comprehend,

For matters have been obscured,

And their meanings have been sealed;

There will be many who will profess to know,

Each will bear their own interpretations,

They will elucidate and clarify the Word,

They will refine and redefine what has been spoken –

And the wicked will act wickedly,

And they will not understand.

So may you fear not,

But know that YHVH is Elohim,

For praiseworthy is he who waits,

And walks in faith of the Master,

For HE alone is Elohim, and HE alone is wise.

Blessing for 05-18-09

May you be bold for the purpose to which,

The Holy Spirit of YHVH has called you,

For this is what YHVH commanded us:

Saying, I have set you to be a light of the nations,

That you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth,

That when the people shall hear the good news,

They will be filled with joy,

And give praise to the Word of YHVH;

For to them is eternal life.

But unto those who will not hear,

And will stir up strife because of your message,

May you shake off the dust of your feet against them,

And embrace the joy of the Holy Spirit,

Not the curses and disbelief of man.

L. (Acts 13: 46 – 52)

Blessing for 05-17-09

May you flee from temptation,

Do not entertain her, no, not even for a moment,

For though her lips drip with honey,

And her palate is smoother than oil,

Her end is as bitter as wormwood,

And her feet will lead you to death.

So may you flee from temptation,

And drink water only from your own cistern,

Flowing water from your own well,

Then your springs will spread outwards,

They will be yours and yours alone,

Strangers not sharing them with you,

And your source will be blessed,

And you will be sated in joy.

Blessing for Shabbat, 05-16-09

The beginning of wisdom,

Is the fear of YHVH,

So may you ask of HIM,

That HE may provide;

For HIS deeds are great,

And are accessible to all who want them;

And HE will provide your food,

HE will be your strength,

And HE will show you grace and compassion,

For HE eternally remembers HIS covenant,

HIS handiwork is Truth and justice,

Faithful are all HIS orders,

They are steadfast forever, for eternity,

And HIS praise endures forever.

L. (Psalms 111)

Blessing for 05-15-09

May you be filled with zeal for G-d,

That you will not remain quiet,

At the sight of the abominations of man,

Or be still in the shadow of harlotry;

But may you stand in the Word of Elohim,

Which can pierce through the body and the soul,

Dividing the dark from the light,

And separating the profane from the Holy.

Stand for what is right,

Defend the honor of G-d,

And do not be afraid of men’s retribution;

And may YHVH give you a covenant of peace,

That it shall be for you and your offspring,

From now, and for all eternity.

Blessing for 05-14-09

Woe to you, who desire the Day of the L-rd;

For the Day of Judgment is darkness, not light,

As when a man flees from a lion,

And encounters a bear,

And he comes home and leans his hand on the wall,

And a snake bites him;

Behold, the Day of Judgment is darkness, not light,

Blackness without glimmer,

And there will be mourning and lamentation.

So may you seek YHVH and live,

For the prudent man keeps silent at that time;

Seek good, and not evil, so that you may live,

Despise evil, love good, and establish justice,

And YHVH will grant you favor.

Blessing for 05-13-09

May you be delivered;

For deceit has imprisoned you,

And lies have shackled your feet,

That you have not walked in righteousness.

May you be delivered;

For the doctrine of demons has blinded you,

And the spirit of fear has frozen you,

That you have not lived in freedom.

May you be delivered;

May the chains that have held you down be broken,

May the deceit which has fooled you be revealed,

And may you be free from darkness that has enveloped you,

That you may walk by the power of HIS mercy,

And live in the freedom of HIS grace.

Blessing for 05-12-09

May you not conduct yourself as does the world:

Walking in the vanity of your mind,

With your understanding darkened,

And being alienated from the Life of Elohim,

Because of the ignorance of your heart;

But may you walk worthy of your calling,

With all humility and meekness,

With patience, bearing with one another in love.

Yes, may you put off your former way of life,

And may you be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

To put on the renewed man in righteousness,

Which is recreated after Elohim in Holiness,

That you may be tenderhearted to forgive one another,

Even as YHVH has already forgiven you.

L. (Ephesians 4)

Blessing for 05-11-09

May you find a quiet place,

Away from the demands of life,

Away from the noise of the world,

And away from the distractions of the flesh.

May you find a quiet place,

Where you can devote yourself to prayer,

Where you can confess your sin,

And the sins of your fathers,

And where you can bear your soul to Elohim.

May you find a quiet place,

Where you can hear YHVH speak to you,

Where you can gain understanding,

And where you can regain your focus,

To live by the leading of HIS Spirit.

L. (Daniel 9)

Blessing for 05-10-09

May you be counted,

Amongst the Nation of Israel;

For YHVH has not called you to be separate,

And HE has not called you to be independent;

But HE has called you to be a part of HIS body,

HE has called you to be joint heirs,

And HE has called you to be One:

HE has called you Israel.

So may you be counted,

To prophesy to the whole family,

To share your abundance with the whole family,

And to be joined together with the whole family,

That you and your brother may lean upon each other,

During the trials that will come.
